These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StocksApp, a business management and inventory management software developed and owned by Digitlogy. By creating an account, accessing or using StocksApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
StocksApp is designed to help businesses manage products, inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, expenses, reports and other business operations through a digital platform.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of StocksApp. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and should immediately notify Digitlogy if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Certain features of StocksApp may be available through paid subscription plans. The applicable plan price, billing period and available features will be displayed on the StocksApp website before purchase.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment process for the selected plan.
Where recurring subscription billing is enabled, the subscription may renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
The availability of automatic renewal will depend on the subscription plan and payment method offered at the time of purchase.
You may request cancellation of your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by StocksApp. Cancellation may stop future billing, but it does not automatically create a right to a refund for a previously completed billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the StocksApp website.
You retain responsibility for the business information and records that you enter into StocksApp. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and store such information.
Digitlogy may process and store such information as necessary to provide, maintain and secure StocksApp.
You agree not to misuse StocksApp, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation or security of the service, introduce malicious code, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
Digitlogy will make reasonable efforts to keep StocksApp available and functional. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, network failures, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
StocksApp, including its software, design, interface, branding, content and underlying technology, is developed and owned by Digitlogy or its applicable licensors.
You receive a limited right to use the service for your legitimate business purposes during your active subscription or permitted access period. No ownership rights in the software are transferred to you.
StocksApp may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers or other technology services. Your use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
StocksApp is provided as a business management tool. You remain responsible for reviewing your business records, transactions, stock information, financial information and other data entered into the system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digitlogy will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse of the service, incorrect information entered by users, unauthorized access caused by failure to protect account credentials, or circumstances outside Digitlogy reasonable control.
Digitlogy may suspend or terminate access to an account where necessary to protect the service, prevent misuse, address security concerns, comply with legal requirements or where these Terms & Conditions are materially violated.
Digitlogy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of StocksApp after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
